Headquartered in greater Nashville, Tennessee and Los Angeles, California, Navigation Partners Media emerges from the professional relationship between principals Raymond A. Bell and Peggy Dold. Together they work to create and discover quality projects suitable for broadcast, streaming platforms, digital and physical distribution, K-12 Educational market, and public libraries.
Raymond A. Bell
Executive Producer, Producer, Marketer and Distributor of independent films, documentaries, scripted and non-scripted programming, book-to-film adaptations, children’s series, stand-alone broadcast specials and special-interest programming, Bell has extensive working experience with all major media platforms and is an expert in the Development, Production, Sales, and Licensing of all forms of audiovisual content.
As President and CEO of Barr Media Group, one of the premier Producers and Distributors of Film and Video programming for the Educational, Retail, Broadcast, and Corporate Training markets, Mr. Bell oversaw the Creation, Production, Acquisition, and Distribution of multiple award-winning and best-selling titles. Barr Media Group titles were sold worldwide via multiple platforms ranging from Major Retailers to the Corporate, Educational, Broadcast, and Non-Commercial Broadcast networks.

Peggy Dold

Peggy Dold is an Entertainment industry business professional with executive experience leading and consulting some of the most admired entertainment companies in the world. A specialty-market leader with superior Talent Relations, Business Development and Marketing expertise, Ms. Dold has worked for more than three decades in both the global Anglo and worldwide Hispanic entertainment markets and with U.S. and International entertainment content.
Prior to founding Navigation Partners Media PBC and Navigation Partners LLC, Ms. Dold held positions as VP International for the Univision Music Group (the largest independent music company in the world at that time), Talent and Artist Relations Consultant for MTV Networks Latin America, Head of Artist Relations for Crescent Moon Records (a joint venture between Emilio Estefan and Sony Music International), and VP Marketing for the Island Independent Label Group (where, reporting directly to Island Records’ legendary founder, Chris Blackwell, she oversaw U.S. domestic marketing for 6 label imprints.) In these capacities Ms. Dold developed and marketed diverse artists and content in multiple genres of music across selected markets globally.
Purky Kidder
Over the years, Purky has primarily been a private investor following the various commodity and financial markets. Not all that many years ago, with no formal training, he first put pen to paper and began to write about social issues and other subjects interesting to him. Initially in prose, later graduating to visual genre, he has written about horses, PTSD, and drug cartels, among other things.
